How can we assist you?
A sales tax corresponding to each state tax is
added to all orders shipped.
Hannoush Jewelers is based in Massachusetts, and state laws
require that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers
residing in Massachusetts and in any state in which Hannoush
Jewelers, Inc. operates a store. The following is a list of
states in which Hannoush Jewelers has store locations.

To customers residing in states other than Massachusetts, please
be aware that, if applicable, the taxing authorities in your
state may charge you a "use" tax on your out-of-state internet
and/or catalog purchases. While it is not the responsibility of
Hannoush Jewelers to charge or collect this "use" tax from you at
this time, we are alerting our customers regarding this
possibility as a courtesy. If you require further information on
this issue, we suggest you contact the tax authorities in your
state directly.

Hannoush Jewelers accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Hannoush and Discover credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or
MasterCard logo. We also accept cash and checks. We
do not accept CODs.
We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible
service, but please feel free to call in your order. Call us
toll-free at 1-888-325-3935, Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to
4:30PM.
To order an item from our catalog click here or click on the
Search button in the upper bar of any page. Just enter the item
number from the catalog in the Search by Item Number box, then
click Find.
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from
Hannoush Jewelers. First, we will confirm receipt of your order
within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified
when your order ships.
We strive to make ordering at Hannoush Jewelers as quick and
easy as possible. You've browsed our gift collections or used
Search to find the perfect gift. Checkout is even easier. When
you've found your gift, click on the item name or image and
follow the instructions below:
1) Enter product information
You are now on the product information page. Here, you can
choose the quantity and, if relevant, the color, size and other
attributes of the gift. When you are finished entering, click
the Add button.
2) Review order
You are now on the Shopping page. Here, you can review all the
items you have placed in your cart and information about each
item. You can make some changes to your order here, and quantity
for individual items or remove an item from your cart. (If you
make any changes to your order, click the Recalculate button at
the bottom of the page to see your revised total.) If you wish
to continue shopping, click the Continue Shopping button. If you
are finished selecting items, click the Checkout button.
3) Log in
You are now on the Login page. Hannoush Jewelers uses passwords
to provide secure transactions for its customers. If you are a
registered customer, enter your email address and password and
click Submit. If you are a new customer, please register now. If
you need assistance, please contact Customer Service toll-free
at 1-888-325-3935.
4) Check out
You are now on the Checkout page. Here, you will be asked to
enter your billing information, any promotion codes, shipping
method and gift information. If you're a registered Hannoush
Jewelers customer, some of this information will appear
automatically. Again, you can choose to continue shopping by
clicking the Continue Shopping button, or finish your checkout
by clicking the Checkout button.
We will automatically validate your address information against
the United States Postal Service database to prevent delivery
delays. If our system suspects an error, you will be prompted to
correct the information.
5) Process order
You are now on the Order Summary page. Here, you can review your
total order for accuracy and make any last-minute changes. This
is also your last chance to cancel your order before we process
the charges. The last step is entering your credit card
information and gift certificate codes. When you are finished,
click Process Order.
6) Confirm your order
You are now on the Order Confirmation page. This page gives you
a summary of the order, including your order number. You can now
track the status of your order, if you are a registered
customer, through the My Account section.
