options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable
to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or
US territories.
Hannoush Jewelers uses UPS (United Parcel Service) , USPS
(United States Postal Service).
Shipping Details:
Hannoush Jewelers is happy to replace a gift with another
selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card
used for its purchase. Please note: Monogrammed and personalized
gifts may not be returned unless damaged or defective.
Just repack the gift in its original packaging, with the packing
slip and follow these simple steps:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured
courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your
receipt. Hannoush Jewelers is not responsible for items damaged
or lost in transit.
If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or
not the correct product, Hannoush Jewelers will provide a
prepaid UPS (United Parcel Service) return label.

guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not
completely satisfied with your gift, we'll exchange it or refund
the credit card used for purchase within 30 days of purchase..
U.S. Shipments
Hannoush Jewelers is proud to offer FREE ground shipping
on all orders shipped to all U.S. destinations. All orders are shipped
using USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx and are fully insured in
transit. Delivery time is usually five (5) business days from
the time your package leaves our warehouse. Please note that we
cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. For your security, your order will
not be delivered without a recipient signature. If you cannot be
available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult
who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at
the designated shipping address.
