How do I care for my fine jewelry?
Fine jewelry was meant to be worn and enjoyed. However, like any other investment, it requires special care and regular maintenance.
The precious metals and genuine gemstones in your jewelry are sensitive to chemicals, and can discolor or become damaged if not cared for properly. We recommend removing your fine jewelry prior to swimming in a chlorinated pool or when using household cleaning products.
How do I clean my jewelry?
We offer free professional jewelry inspection and cleaning at all of our Hannoush Jewelers locations. We recommend inspections every four (4) months. For at home care, you may choose to purchase a jewelry cleaning solution from any of our locations, or you may use warm, soapy water and a toothbrush to gently brush your jewelry.
How do I store my jewelry?
Each Hannoush manufactured piece of jewelry comes with its own presentation box, which is ideal for storing. Be sure to store items individually to avoid gemstones from becoming scratched. Take special care with pearl jewelry; pearls should be stored in their padded folder and away from other jewelry, as they are extremely susceptible to scratches.
How do I care for my micro pave diamond jewelry?
Micro pave settings require special attention - with small stones and delicate settings, micro pave diamond jewelry can be vulnerable to rough and constant contact. As with your other fine pieces, we recommend you remove all micro pave jewelry prior to using household cleaners and swimming. Care should be taken to avoid hard surfaces or abrupt contact.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within thirty (30) calendar days of your purchase, provided the item is unaltered, unworn, and in resaleable condition. Refunds are given in the form of cash back via the original purchase method, at the original purchase price. Custom orders and items altered via special order are excluded from this policy and may not be returned.
How do I go about having my item repaired?
You should bring your item to your local Hannoush Jewelers location for servicing. If you are not near a Hannoush location, please contact us for instructions on how to ship your items to us via Insured Mail. Upon receipt, we will inspect your item and contact you with a cost for repair before any services are performed. After we receive your approval, we will complete the repair and notify you when your item is ready. Items covered under our warranty will be serviced free of charge.
How do I go about having my ring re-sized?
You are encouraged to order your ring in your size. If, for any reason, you need an adjustment to the size, you may bring it to any Hannoush Jewelers location and we will gladly resize it. Cost varies by item and may be free of charge if your item is under warranty. If you are not near a Hannoush location, please contact us for instructions on how to ship your items to us via Insured Mail.
What are your in-store services?
All stores offer our complimentary cleaning and inspection of your fine jewelry. Other services vary by location; select stores offer:

What is your Hannoush Trade-Up Policy?
You will be given full purchase price, less the price of the setting, toward the purchase of any other diamond(s) solitaire provided your diamond(s) is undamaged and not missing from the setting, and the regular four (4) months inspections are performed by Hannoush Jewelers. New purchases must be a minimum of 50% or greater than the original purchase price.
